Nashville Parade of Homes || Hardwood Flooring for two award winning homes

It is finally here!!

The Grove, a Nashville area luxury club community, is host to the 2019 Nashville Parade of Homes. This exciting and beautiful home tour includes a Southern Living Showcase Home in addition to an already impressive cast of builders and designers.

Our Peachey Hardwood Flooring was custom made for this exciting home. 7″ Wide, Long Board, Northern Appalachian Live Sawn White Oak, Light Wire Brush, custom Trace Grey color and Conversion Varnish Finish

03 Textures College Grove Parade of Homes 1 1 — 2019 Most Livable Design!! This Legend Homes custom dream home is a fresh perspective on a historical concept. Featuring our custom Peachey Hardwood Flooring Northern Appalachian White Oak in both Herringbone and 5″ Plank, color custom designed for this home, Modern Braun.

The 2019 Nashville Parade of Homes will open Saturday, October 12th and run daily through Sunday, October 27th. Tickets are available at the gate during regular show hours and online starting Saturday, September 28th

Working with the interior design teams was so much fun. Innovative design, fresh perspective, and new ideas were all part of the process. The JFY Design team focused on creating interior design that felt historical but fresh. The Trace Construction Interior team; led by designer Cara Brock, focused on creating a contemporary rustic family home full of fine details and fun.
