This incredible lake-front estate home underwent a transformative upgrade via the magic of Clare Kennedy Interiors. Previously adorned with heavy Tuscan attributes, the space is now light and airy, fresh, and clean. The most notable change was removing the red-toned Walnut flooring and replacing it with wide-plank Foundation Collection European White Oak in color F-16. The flooring’s root coloration is a taupe hew that is light in nature, but very adaptive and neutral. The most challenging aspect of this project was replacing all the treads and risers on a spiral staircase that ascends from the terrace to the upper level of the home. Bench Made and Foundation made this possible and remarkable.
