Nashville Parade of Homes 2022
Nashville’s Parade of Homes is back this year after a 2-year hiatus. Presented by the Home Builders Association of Middle TN, the parade is an opportunity for anyone to tour homes from October 8th – 23rd in the new community under development Rosebrooke – Brentwood, TN by CPS Land and Ford Custom Homes.
The Nashville Parade of Homes 2022 is a showcase of luxury design and build and a peek into a life of living in luxury. With homes ranging between $5.5 to just under $8 million, Rosebrooke will offer a number of amenities, great views, and convenient proximity to shopping, schools, and more. Six of Nashville’s premier builders and their interior design teams present their visions of luxury living.
A Discussion with Legend Homes Nashville and Studio 36 Design
We had the opportunity to sit down with the talented build/design team on the Legend Homes Nashville Parade Home – Joe Crider of Legend Homes and Stephanie Handley of Studio 36 Design – for a conversation on Textures’ Podcast, Couture & Construction. We discussed what actually goes into building and designing a show home. And we got some of the inside scoop on the inspiration – European design trends, the vision – bringing the outdoors in, and challenges – furnishing and supply delays, that they faced on this project.

Joe Crider of Legend Homes in Nashville shared, “Every time we’ve done a parade house it’s kind of set the stage for what we’re going to be building for the next several years. Whether it’s the floor plan or maybe its certain features of this floor plan that we’ll be incorporating into other homes, down to some of the finishes that we’ve done.” Those attending the Parade might also find ideas for their own new construction or remodeling projects, and most everything they see inside the Parade of Homes houses is for sale. Items can be flagged during the parade and will officially go up for sale after the event. On Oct. 24, there will be a designer after sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or you can purchase the house itself! “The whole purpose of the Parade of Homes is to walk away with ideas that you can incorporate into your own home,” remarks Stephanie Handley.
