Back in 2017 Textures Flooring was contacted by the experienced & talented builder, R. C. Mathews to put in a bid for their new luxury downtown living space in Franklin. We had the ability to curate numerous styles of flooring, textures & patterns to present to them in order to help take their dream location up a notch. 3 years later, the gorgeous new construction project has been completed & is ready for its lucky tenants to move in!
The building spans well over 150,000 square feet right on the corner as you’re driving into the surreal & infamous Downtown Franklin. Our portion of the installation process was spearheaded by our very own project manager Sean Travis, and took a total of 10 months just wrapping up in April of this year. There are a total of 4 floors where we installed carpet throughout each corridor & luxury vinyl plank in each of the illustrious apartments.
As you walk into the building you are met at the entrance with a beautiful character grade wide plank white oak, that was crafted by our very own Peachey Hardwood Floors from Pennsylvania. It is an incredibly natural looking floor with a lovely matte finish that is incredibly easy on the eyes & is truly a timeless look that looks rather impressive with the inspiring design of the common spaces.
Overall this is just a project that not only was a lot of fun, but that we are consistently so blessed to have been a part of. Having the ability to add our one of a kind hardwood flooring onto a piece of such a historic downtown area will always be great point of pride for Textures.
